ABOUT JENNIFER
Life Coach Jennifer M. Blair embraces all aspects of her life, whether
it is coaching a client, mothering her children, creating new processes
and products for Excavive, salsa dancing to Latin music, rejuvenating
her soul through self care, participating in a community program,
connecting with friends, sharing her experience, strength and hope with
others... she is here to transform and serve others on their own paths.
She dances in the moment with whoever she is with!
Jennifer has been inspiring others through various professional and
leadership positions over the past 20 years. Through her lifelong work
to evolve herself and create a passionate life, she has taken her life
experiences, her own healing journey, her Coaches training, and all of
her other community and professional experiences to create Excavive,
a company designed to help others excavate an authentic life.
She completed her Co-active Coaching training in 2003 through the
Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and participated in a year-long
Leadership program that was completed in June 2007. Jennifer
continues to participate in various workshops on Coaching, Intuition,
Spiritual Development and Leadership to further her own growth, as
well as gain new tools for her clients. In fact, she loves designing new
processes and tools to make the coaching process deeper and richer
for her clients.
As a native Texan, Jennifer graduated from Southern Methodist
University in Dallas in 1984 with a BFA in Advertising and minors in
political science and business. After jobs in Senator Lloyd Bentsen's
office, EDS and Murray Financial Corporation in Dallas and the
Louisville Bar Association, Jennifer began a family and a volunteer
career in Louisville. She chaired the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer
Foundation's Race for the Cure to raise money for breast cancer and
served on numerous boards and volunteer organizations. She
culminated her impressive volunteer experience by serving as The
Junior League of Louisville's president in 2000-2001.
Jennifer's enthusiasm, passion, love of life, creativity and clarity
inspires and motivates. She is based in Louisville, Kentucky where she
works with clients around the country.
